AMP Dynamic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk specialist to be the first friendly voice when issues arise. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity, and assist with onboarding for new users.
You’ll work on-site five days a week in a growing MSP, with a clear path to Level 2/3 roles and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic networking.
