Tneus is seeking a Support Desk Technician for our Managed Services team. The role concentrates on Microsoft 365 administration,Intune/Autopilot, and hands-on work including workstation builds and onsite client support, with emphasis on security and configuration policies.
You will troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive and Teams, perform hardware upgrades, and deliver excellent service to clients. This is a hybrid role with in-office days and regular onsite visits.
