Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst
- Data Security Scanning & DSPM to join their team. As a Senior Information Security Analyst
- Data Security Scanning & DSPM, you will be part of the Cybersecurity department supporting the Information Protection Scanning team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Support Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) by executing data scanning strategies and coordinating remediation activities.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze scan results and validate findings related to data security and access management.

+ Develop and execute User Acceptance Test Plans to ensure scanning solutions meet organizational requirements.

+ Design and implement entitlements management programs integrated into unstructured data scanning processes.

+ Utilize AI tools ethically to enhance research, summarization, and decision-making activities within cybersecurity operations.

** What's Needed?*
* + 4+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis or a related field.

+ 2+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles, including policy adherence monitoring and report development.

+ Foundational knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and data protection principles.

+

Experience with AI-based classification and document scanning tools such as MS Purview, Varonis, or Securiti.ai.

+ Proficiency with automated workflow tools like Jira and Service Now, along with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
