Service Now Business Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital transformation sector, is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to join their team. As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will be part of the Service Now Core Platform AI Innovation team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Irving, TX (onsite; preferred locations include Charlotte, NC, and Minneapolis, MN as secondary options)
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for AI and platform-related initiatives within Service Now.
- Partner with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define innovative solutions.
- Analyze Service Now capabilities and recommend approaches for leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and new platform features.
- Support dependency management and coordinate efforts across multiple product and platform teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Create process documentation, requirements artifacts, user stories, and support testing efforts including UAT and validation of new capabilities.
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology, platform, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working with Service Now, including navigation and platform capabilities.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Experience facilitating discussions and working directly with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with excellent communication abilities.
