Providing remote support for customers, the full-time Technical Support Specialist will assist with issues related to hosting environments, including troubleshooting Word Press, web hosting, and DNS problems.
Key responsibilities- Provide timely and professional support to customers through ticketing systems and community forums
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Word Press, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and email services
- Perform in-depth investigations to identify root causes and deliver effective, long-term solutions
- Proven experience troubleshooting Word Press websites and understanding themes and plugins
- Solid knowledge of PHP and MySQL, with familiarity in troubleshooting Node.js applications
- Experience administering and supporting Linux-based environments, preferably Ubuntu
- Strong understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, email deliverability, and web hosting infrastructure
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
