- Level 3 experience required (backend systems knowledge, not help-desk/Level
1). 5+ years of experience overall as a Server Administrator, with extensive hands-on MacOS Server experience. - Level Experience Explained:
- Level 3 understands the backend systems and had familiarity with developing tools to support service requests
- MacOS Server administration and patch management in a data center
- Automation/scripting of software and security update installations
- DHCP management, server IP configuration, and network/IP conflict resolution
- Software packaging and installation in a Managed OS environment
- Security controls and compliance enforcement
- Configuring server access and security profiles using tools like Workspace ONE, Intune, Jamf, Tanium
