Required Skills:

• Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar) (2 Years)
• Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly) (2 Years)
• Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM (2 Years)
• Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through Service Now (2 Years)
• Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now) (2 Years)

Desired

Skills:

• Experience with Service Now & HAM Pro
• Experience with Apple iPhone deployment

Job Responsibilities:

• Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
• Scheduling computer replacements with end users through Service Now, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now)
• The computer refreshes will take place at each end user's desk; professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected
