Operations Engineer

• Operate our technology for the biggest sporting federations around the world.
• This will include:
  Travelling to various destinations to deliver our products in-person, on-site.
• Install hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling.
• Leading on live testing with customers.
• Investigate and interrogate our technology to find problems and edge cases that may cause the technology to fail in a live scenario.
• Assisting with kit design.
• Testing and documenting new software.
• Be involved in the organisation and delivery of large-scale projects.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
• Self starter with initiative and the ability to pick up and develop projects independently.
• Ability to work quickly and make effective decisions.
• Intellectually curious and has the drive to ask the right questions in order to get to the bottom of complex issues.
• Individuals who are able to be flexible/are flexible in working arrangements.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining organised.
• Experience in networking, Kubernetes and/or software engineering.
• Project management experience/qualifications.
• A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subject.

Demonstrates strong technical aptitude in hardware and software installation, with experience in networking and Kubernetes. Capable of managing large-scale projects while maintaining organization and effective decision-making under pressure.
