This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Application Analyst III based in United States.

This is an advanced-level application analyst role supporting critical enterprise systems within a healthcare environment. You’ll combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business knowledge to keep applications reliable and effective. The role spans application configuration, database integrity, troubleshooting, development, testing, reporting, and user support. You’ll work closely with clinical, financial, technical, and administrative stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions. As a senior point of contact, you’ll diagnose complex issues and help prioritize enhancements according to business needs and available resources.

You’ll also contribute to projects, system improvements, and training initiatives that enable better operational performance. This fully remote opportunity offers a structured weekday schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology.

Accountabilities:
  • Maintain application configuration, build, database structures, master files, profiles, dictionaries, and other system components while ensuring data and database integrity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for users experiencing application or system issues, providing responsive support and guidance.
  • Investigate and isolate system, application, and performance problems using technical criteria, available data, critical thinking, and structured troubleshooting methods.
  • Design, develop, code, and test screen formats, system functions, forms, reports, interfaces, and related programs based on user and business requirements.
  • Maintain, enhance, and modify enterprise applications and reporting solutions while prioritizing changes according to organizational objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, financial, administrative, and technical functions to understand requirements and deliver effective application solutions.
  • Support project planning and execution by contributing to work plans, coordinating tasks, and assisting with resource assignments when required.
  • Provide systems and application training and support, helping users effectively adopt and utilize available technology.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen application performance, usability, reliability, and overall system effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or completion of a vocational/technical program in business, healthcare, information technology, or a related discipline; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of relevant professional experience, technical certifications, and training may substitute for formal education.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems within integrated healthcare environments, including hospital or clinical settings.
  • Candidates with 10+ years of system or application analyst experience may be considered in lieu of healthcare-specific experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and Epic Ambulatory certification are preferred.
  • Experience with application configuration, system enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, database management, testing, and user support.
  • Clinical, financial, or technical credentials such as RN, MT, RRT, CPA, OCP, or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose complex technical issues through structured investigation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, business, technical, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to projects, and make sound decisions within established objectives and resource constraints.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, full-time position with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m.

    -4:30 p.m.
  • Competitive salary range of $94,910.40-$131,040 USD
