Evergreen Deployment Technician (Onsite)
Location:
Charlotte, NC Duration: 09 Months with possible extension
This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the Evergreen project.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- The computer refreshes will take place at each end user's desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.
- Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
Skills:
Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar) - Required - 2 Years
Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly) - Required - 2 Years
Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
- Required - 2 Years
Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through Service Now
- Required - 2 Years
Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now) - Required - 2 Years
Experience with Service Now & HAM Pro
- Highly desired
Experience with Apple iPhone deployment
- Highly desired
