Engineer II, Cell Site

• Troubleshoot issues in a 24x7 Operations environment and drive them to resolution
• Perform regular troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory management, audits, and report creation
• Analyze network coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems and applications
• Evaluate network coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement recommendations
• Configure network routers and switches for network optimization
• Comply with company and industry standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency
• Provide timely and accurate network updates to leadership and external teams
• Communicate technical details clearly and concisely

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude or Gemini in a technical or professional setting
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and willingness to operate a company vehicle throughout assigned territories
• Technically aligned associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred as an additional qualification
• CCNA, CCNP, or other vendor-equivalent certifications preferred
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and end-to-end connection correlation preferred
• Experience with 4G/5G platforms preferred
• Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations preferred
• Strong customer service/vendor management experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing network systems, with a strong focus on maintaining performance and efficiency in a 24x7 operations environment. Proficient in configuring network devices and utilizing AI tools to enhance operational capabilities.
