Position Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in ERP Integrations and Customization, you lead our customers through the design, build, test and delivery of technical solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate business requirements into technical solutions, which provide business value to our customers. You will take ownership of projects, leveraging reusable tools for efficient and automated delivery, while communicating confidently with customers and internal teams.

Collaboration with a global network of Consultants, Project Managers and Developers is central to your role. This customer-facing role requires a balance of technical depth, business acumen and consulting experience, underpinned by an AI-first mindset that drives innovative, efficient solutions for our customers.

• Lead the design and implementation of ERP extensions and integrations for a range of customers including enterprise-level organizations.
• Trusted Advisor: serve as primary technical consultant to guide clients through the structured design and implementation of extensions and integrations, ensuring clarity, confidence, and compliance.
• Ownership: own Extensions & Integrations projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision.
• Established Tools and Processes: leverage structured, reusable assets and tools for efficiency and automation.
• Communication: communicate with confidence with clients at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Requirements Gathering:
  Serve as the bridge between requirements and technical implementation by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner effectively across a global team, including consultants, project managers, Deltek partners and subcontractors, and cloud operations. In addition to a close working relationship with the developers who build the customer solutions you own.
• Change management: support our customers through change and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance:
  Drive customer satisfaction and maintain governance standards by applying established quality and testing protocols.
• AI Literacy & Innovation: champion an AI-first methodology throughout the project lifecycle, using AI-powered tools for requirements analysis, specification generation, code review, data mapping, testing automation, and documentation creation to continuously innovate how we deliver.
