We are looking for a Payments
- Technical Business Analyst to work within an Agile development team supporting Regulated Messaging platforms and services. The role will focus on translating business and regulatory requirements into deliverable technical solutions whilst working closely with developers, product owners, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog in partnership with Product Owners and development leads.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support solution design.
Understand message processing workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows across regulated messaging platforms.
Liaise with product and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile software development team.
Strong working knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
Ability to understand technical architectures, APIs, message flows, and system integrations.
Experience with in Regulated Messaging Technologies and the workflow of electronic communications.
Experience with Proofpoint Enterprise archive.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and regulatory focus. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment. Collaborative approach with developers, testers, and business partners.
