Epic Revenue Cycle Integration Lead

Lead revenue cycle work streams for a large-scale facility integration within Epic. Coordinate discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live activities across operational and technical teams. Drive Epic revenue cycle integration efforts, ensuring alignment across front-end and back-end workflows. Manage patient backload activities, including planning, validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. Lead charge testing and validation efforts to ensure accurate revenue capture and system functionality.

Partner with revenue cycle, IT, Epic, and operational stakeholders to keep project milestones on track. Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular status updates. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and remove barriers impacting project progress. Support go-live readiness planning and coordinate issue resolution leading up to March 2027 implementation.
