Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst / IAM Process & Data Analyst to support initiatives focused on identity lifecycle management, access governance, IAM data normalization, risk visibility, and secure IAM implementation.
The ideal candidate will combine IAM domain knowledge, business analysis, data analysis, access governance, and process documentation skills. This role will work closely with IAM, Security, Application, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to identify gaps, improve data quality, standardize IAM processes, and develop implementation guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document IAM lifecycle processes, including provisioning, access changes, rotation, and revocation
. - Develop operational runbooks for IAM onboarding, support, troubleshooting, and recovery.
- Create and maintain IAM playbooks with implementation guidance and best practices.
- Identify and map privileged users, roles, and access entitlements across applications and systems.
- Compile, merge, reconcile, and normalize IAM, application, and system datasets.
- Map users to applications/systems and classify control planes and IAM platforms.
- Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and inconsistency identification
. - Identify duplicate records and resolve data mismatches across multiple sources.
- Inventory authentication methods and categorize applications based on IAM/security requirements.
- Analyze access patterns, validate application groupings, and prioritize applications for IAM implementation.
- Conduct data/system assessments and validate IAM definitions and controls.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IAM, Security, Application, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to drive alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with IAM Process & Lifecycle Management
. - Experience as a Business Analyst supporting IAM/security initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IAM data analysis and reconciliation
. - Experience with Access Governance and Entitlement Analysis
. - Experience performing risk analysis and gap assessments
. - Strong experience developing IAM runbooks, playbooks, SOPs, or process documentation
. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and data-quality issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra /Azure AD, Cyber Ark, or One Identity
. - Experience with IAM repositories or data hubs
. - Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern authentication
, including MFA, SSO, FIDO2, and passkeys. - Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Experience developing IAM/security reports and dashboards
. - Exposure to audit, risk, and regulatory requirements
. - Experience supporting IAM transformation or project delivery initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge the gap between IAM technology, business requirements, data, and operational processes - someone who can take fragmented IAM information, analyze and normalize it, identify risks and gaps, and turn the findings into actionable processes, runbooks, and implementation playbooks.
