Experience in Business Analysis with a strong background in Payments, Banking, Fin Tech, or Financial Services domains. Hands-on experience in payment systems, payment gateways, cards, digital payments, or transaction processing is preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with expertise in the Payments domain to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while driving initiatives related to payment processing, digital payments, card payments, payment gateways, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end payment ecosystems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Define and document business processes, functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Analyze existing payment processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Work on payment modernization and transformation initiatives across multiple payment channels.
• Support implementation of payment solutions including card payments, digital wallets, payment gateways, and real-time payment systems.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis for payment-related initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to payments.
• Prepare business documentation, reports, process flows, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycle and transaction processing.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional specification documentation.
• Knowledge of payment platforms, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent.

• Experience with ISO 20022 payment messaging standards.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, RTP, UPI, Fed Now, or Faster Payments.
• Understanding of card payment ecosystems, including Visa, Client, and acquiring/payment processing flows.
• Familiarity with Open Banking, APIs, and digital payment solutions.
• Exposure to fraud management, AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certification.
• Experience working in large-scale banking or payment transformation programs.

• Drive requirement elicitation and analysis with minimal supervision.
• Effectively communicate with business leaders, product teams, architects, and developers.
• Deliver high-quality business and functional documentation aligned with project timelines.
• Provide domain expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts related to payment initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation within payment processes and platforms.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
