Leverages advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and data storytelling techniques to identify trends, uncover opportunities, predict outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and technological fluency to transform data into actionable insights that improve execution, strengthen accountability, and support continuous improvement across a complex organization.

• 1. Leads the execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• 2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
• 3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
• 4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• 1.Experience developing executive dashboards, business intelligence solutions, performance scorecards, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
• 2. Demonstrated ability to translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level narratives that influence decision-making.
• 3. Advanced experience with data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and performance management platforms.
• 4. Strong understanding of operational, workforce, financial, portfolio, and strategic performance measurement methodologies and key performance indicators.
• 5. Experience designing automated reporting solutions, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and access to decision‑support information.
• 6. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI solutions, including the ability to identify practical business applications that improve insight generation and operational effectiveness.
• 7. Experience identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and reduce administrative effort through technology-enabled solutions.
