An established retail organization is seeking an Associate Digital Producer to support a major CMS migration and digital content rebuild. This role will primarily focus on rebuilding and transferring existing website content into a new CMS platform while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with CMS, web publishing, e-commerce, or digital content experience who enjoys detail-oriented project work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll DoRebuild, migrate, and publish existing website content into a new CMS platform.
Review pages for accuracy, formatting, links, images, and overall content quality.
Perform QA checks to identify missing content, broken links, or formatting issues.
Ensure migrated content follows established templates, brand standards, and publishing guidelines.
Support updates to landing pages, promotional content, product information, offers, and other e-commerce content.
Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, creative, and e-commerce teams.
Make basic content edits, including images, links, and simple HTML updates.
Manage a high volume of content while meeting project deadlines.
1–3 years of experience in digital content, CMS administration, web publishing, e-commerce, or digital production.
Experience working within a CMS or web publishing platform.
CMS migration or website content rebuild experience is a strong plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and digital asset management experience are a plus.
