Duration: Contract | Immediate Start

An established retail organization is seeking an Associate Digital Producer to support a major CMS migration and digital content rebuild. This role will primarily focus on rebuilding and transferring existing website content into a new CMS platform while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone with CMS, web publishing, e-commerce, or digital content experience who enjoys detail-oriented project work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Rebuild, migrate, and publish existing website content into a new CMS platform.

  • Review pages for accuracy, formatting, links, images, and overall content quality.

  • Perform QA checks to identify missing content, broken links, or formatting issues.

  • Ensure migrated content follows established templates, brand standards, and publishing guidelines.

  • Support updates to landing pages, promotional content, product information, offers, and other e-commerce content.

  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, creative, and e-commerce teams.

  • Make basic content edits, including images, links, and simple HTML updates.

  • Manage a high volume of content while meeting project deadlines.

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital content, CMS administration, web publishing, e-commerce, or digital production.

  • Experience working within a CMS or web publishing platform.

  • CMS migration or website content rebuild experience is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and digital asset management experience are a plus.

Why This Opportunity?

Join a major digital transformation project with a well-known retail organization and gain hands-on experience with CMS migration, digital production, content publishing, QA, and e-commerce operations.
