Technology Business Systems Consultant - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract opportunity for 7+ months.

This role supports Financial Crimes Risk Management applications through daily reporting review, exception analysis, and data issue resolution. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining input mappings, documenting processes, and updating procedures. The position involves performing Product Owner duties, executing UAT/regression testing, and partnering with technology teams to define business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting
• Review and analyze complex business systems challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Support Financial Crimes Risk Management applications through daily reporting review, exception analysis, and data issue resolution
• Maintain input mappings, document processes, and update procedures
• Perform Product Owner duties, execute UAT/regression testing, and partner with technology teams to define business requirements
• Conduct data analysis, reporting, and visualization, as well as source and integrate data across business units
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards while delivering insights and recommendations based on analytical findings

Requirements:

• 4 years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Technical writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft products
• Strong SQL experience writing queries
• Ability to collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Desired skills:

• Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost-effective and meet relevant business requirements
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
• Prior experience in financial services

Pay range: $36.56 - $44.56 per hour
