- Two to four years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, operations, business analysis, process automation, application support, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Practiced coding proficiency, demonstrated by the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, test, document, and make defined changes to existing solutions with guidance, using at least one relevant technology such as VBA, Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, or a comparable approved platform.
- Working knowledge of at least one supported Capital Markets area, such as broker-dealer operations, swap-dealer operations, foreign exchange operations, or client onboarding.
- Ability to analyze business processes, document requirements, support user acceptance testing, interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical actions.
- Effective written and verbal communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a controlled environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to follow Agile delivery, documentation, testing, change management, information security, and operational risk practices.
