Network Operations and Tier 1 Network Support experience, WAN (Wide Area Network) support experience, Voice network infrastructure support, Experience supporting routers, switches, phones, and cameras, Enterprise network operations and troubleshooting experience

In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex Network Engineering initiatives supporting enterprise network and voice infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for installation, maintenance, operational support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of network services while providing technical assistance to internal customers and business partners. The successful candidate will support voice systems, network infrastructure, routers, switches, and related technologies while helping maintain secure, reliable, and highly available enterprise network services.

• Participate in the installation, support, and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and operational stability
• Support enterprise voice and network environments
• Maintain reliable network connectivity and service availability
• Assist with network upgrades and maintenance activities

• Provide first‑level support for:
  Voice Systems, Phones, Routers, Network Equipment, Camera Systems
• Assist end users with network and hardware issues
• Troubleshoot service‑impacting incidents
• Escalate complex issues as necessary

• Support and maintain:
  Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Networks, Network Security Components
• Assist with configuration and deployment activities
• Perform basic operational changes and updates
• Support enterprise WAN environments

• Investigate network, system, and application‑related incidents
• Identify root causes of connectivity and infrastructure issues
• Restore services within established support procedures
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolution steps
• Support incident and problem‑management processes

• Maintain operational documentation
• Update support tickets and change records
• Follow enterprise change‑management procedures
• Ensure compliance with network security standards and policies
• Support audit and regulatory requirements

• Work closely with:
  Network Engineering Teams, Telecom Teams, Security Teams, Internal Business Partners, End Users
• Collaborate to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery
• Receive direction from leadership while exercising independent judgment
• Build knowledge of enterprise procedures, policies, and compliance requirements
