Strategy and Execution - Business Execution Consultant 5 - Contingent

This role supports a new initiative to build out a Digital Asset (Crypto) Trading product. The primary focus is defining and building the operational workflow, from trade execution through settlement and the General Ledger. The consultant will partner with project managers and business analysts while working across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Data teams to create workflows, roadmaps, controls, and operational processes for this new product.

• Develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Create workflows, roadmaps, controls, and operational processes to support the onboarding of a new Digital Asset Trading product.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Data teams to define and build the operational workflow from trade execution through settlement.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of complex challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business execution solutions.
• Influence stakeholders toward strategic data solutions and governed data products.
• Operate independently with limited supervision while maintaining alignment with leadership.

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• Capital Markets experience, with a strong preference for FX.
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement and the General Ledger.
• Experience onboarding new products or supporting product buildouts.
• Strong experience in roadmap creation and workflow/process design.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within Capital Markets.
• Ability to work effectively across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Jira.

• Crypto or Digital Asset exposure.
• Familiarity with trading industry standards for Common Domain Model (CDM), canonical data models, and trade data models.
• Experience supporting regulatory, risk, finance, accounting, or data governance initiatives.
• Knowledge of Commodities, Equities, or Derivatives products.
• Data Governance or Data Management experience, including Data Lineage, Data Quality, and Metadata.
