M&A Project Manager
We are seeking a senior M&A Project Manager to support technology integration projects driven by business growth and new transactions. This role involves managing projects from initial planning to full implementation, collaborating with various stakeholders across technology and business units. The ideal candidate will excel in ambiguous situations and possess strong communication skills to define scope and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives for technology integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage cross-functional projects across various technology domains, including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, EMR, Data, Digital, and Analytics.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
- Navigate and clarify project needs in situations where requirements are not well-defined.
- Support all phases of M&A technology integration, from Day 1 readiness to post-acquisition implementation.
- Work with diverse teams, including HR and Supply Chain, to ensure comprehensive integration.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management for merger and acquisition technology integrations or similar large-scale organizational initiatives. PMP certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, such as Epic, is beneficial but not a requirement.
