We are seeking an experienced E2E Testing Control Tower Lead to provide centralized oversight of testing activities across Finance, Risk, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong testing governance and program management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives and provide clear visibility to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centralized intake and prioritization of projects, evaluating scope, urgency, business impact, dependencies, and testing requirements.
- Maintain visibility across the testing portfolio and balance project demand against QA capacity and available resources.
- Assign and coordinate E2E Testing Managers across projects based on priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
- Partner with Project Managers, QA teams, UAT teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders to establish and sequence testing timelines.
- Ensure regression testing is completed prior to UAT and that test coverage aligns with business and functional requirements.
- Monitor QA, UAT, and go-live milestones, tracking planned versus actual timelines and identifying potential delays.
- Manage cross-project dependencies, sequencing conflicts, resource constraints, and inter-team handoffs.
- Coordinate test environments, testing windows, shared environment usage, and test data readiness across concurrent initiatives.
- Identify and escalate risks related to timelines, environments, test data, capacity, defects, and downstream project impacts.
- Govern testing entry and exit criteria and ensure appropriate approvals and signoffs are obtained before progressing between phases.
- Ensure BRDs, FRDs, FSDs, test plans, test results, and supporting artifacts are maintained within centralized repositories.
- Drive adoption of standardized testing practices and SSSDLC-aligned documentation and templates.
- Develop standardized executive reporting and dashboards covering testing progress, defects, risks, dependencies, capacity, and go-live readiness.
- Track test automation adoption and use defect trends, testing results, and post-go-live findings to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
