• Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Your role will focus on significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in quality engineering and automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and delivery timelines.
• Analyze testing outcomes and metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Champion the integration of new tools and technologies to advance the automation capabilities and overall quality standards.

Note:

Role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week), in Charlotte NC and client mandated time away 5 days per quarter

• 5+ years of work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation
• 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Charlotte NC
• Associate's degree

• Advanced proficiency in Automated Testing
• Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management, Test Automation Strategy, and Test Automation Framework
• Bachelor's Degree
