Alignment: W2 or C2C Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Service Management Consultant to support Project SAP transformation initiative. The consultant will lead Service Management work streams, provide advisory guidance, and deliver end-to-end SAP Service Management solutions aligned with business objectives.

Description:

* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4

HANA Service Management solutions.
* Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop functional designs and solution roadmaps.
* Configure and support Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Field Service Management, Resource Scheduling, and Service Parts Management.
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
* Lead functional teams and drive successful project delivery. Requirements:
* 8+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
* 3+ full lifecycle SAP Service Management implementations with hands-on configuration experience.
* Strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Service Management processes and best practices.
* Experience leading functional work streams and managing teams of 10+ resources.
* Experience supporting Products and Consumer Goods clients.
* Prior consulting/advisory experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* SAP S/4

HANA certification preferred.
* Experience with SAP Field Service solutions and business process transformation is a plus. Company Overview:
