Performance Engineer

Performance Testing Specialist

7+ years of experience in performance testing of Java-based applications and distributed systems.

Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or Blaze Meter (7+ years) for load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

5+ years of experience with Selenium for test automation and regression testing.

Proven experience in test case design, test script development, test execution, and results analysis.

Strong understanding of application performance metrics, bottleneck identification, and performance tuning.

Experience analyzing JVM, application server, database, and infrastructure performance.

Ability to create performance test strategies, test plans, and performance reports.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $69/hr
