Value Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for complex, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum frameworks, stakeholder management, and coaching teams toward continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
- Foster collaboration between development, QA, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders
- Support Scaled Agile initiatives (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks)
- Ensure transparent communication and reporting to leadership
- Facilitate release planning and support delivery commitments
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners
- Promote Agile mindset across the organization
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Expertise in Agile metrics and reporting
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar Agile tools
- Ability to manage multiple teams and complex delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
