The Salesforce Feature Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of specific features or work streams within Agile teams. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Technology Managers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives.
The role combines technical leadership, Agile execution, and delivery accountability, with a strong focus on coordination across teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to engineering, risk, and compliance standards.
Additional InformationThe base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110 - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
TheRole Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned features, ensuring alignment to PI objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine requirements, define scope, and ensure readiness for Agile execution.
- Coordinate across engineering teams to manage dependencies, risks, and blockers impacting feature delivery.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including code quality, design standards, and integration patterns.
- Drive tracking and reporting of feature progress, risks, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
- Support Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos) and ensure execution discipline.
- Validate solution completeness, testing readiness, and alignment to functional and technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards across risk, security, and application management practices.
- Support production readiness, release coordination, and issue resolution for delivered features.
- Collaborate with Technology Managers and architects to align feature delivery with broader platform and strategy goals.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge of Visualforce, Apex Programming, Apex Web Services and Application Configuration
- Strong experience leveraging Process Builder, Flow, widgets, console components, approvals, security model, large-scale processes for customized workflows
- Understanding of integration efforts and tasks with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third-party app-exchange solutions
- Experience in developing reusable UI Components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks
- Experience with Inter-Components communication pattern
- Experience with Styling components using Lightning design system
- Experience with CI/CD, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Gulp, NodeJS
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Salesforce certified software engineer that is experienced with delivering solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including multiple integration points.
- Financial Services or other related industry experience
- Competency with MS SQL Server, MYSQL, and/or Oracle
- Cloud and Mule Soft technologies
- Experienced using RESTful Web Services
