• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

• Project Leadership:
  Lead the end-to-end implementation of PriceFX pricing solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Client Engagement:
  Collaborate with clients to understand their pricing needs, define project scope, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Solution Design:
  Work with technical teams to design and configure PriceFX solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Configuration & Customization:
  Lead the configuration and customization of PriceFX modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Manage the testing process, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets client expectations and operates smoothly.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the implementation process and the PriceFX platform.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  Certified as Pricefx Configuration Engineer, Pricefx Integration Engineer certification is an added plus.
• Experience in pricing strategy, software implementation, or related roles, hands‑on experience with PriceFX.

  Strong understanding of PriceFX modules, configuration, and integration with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
