Role Description
We are seeking a senior operator to build and dlead AEX’s network vendor management and backhaul coordination function.
This role will establish AEX as a centralized vendor management layer across network providers and drive operational accountability across vendors and internal teams.

Your ability to drive projects, hold vendors accountable and intellectual agility will be crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish AEX as the centralized vendor management layer across network providers
- Own backhaul coordination, vendor relationships, and implementation oversight
- Build scalable workflows, SLAs, and reporting frameworks
- Drive operational accountability across vendors and internal teams
- Support development of a repeatable, productized service offering
Experience & Qualifications
- 8 - 12 years of experience in telecom, fiber, or network operations
- Strong background in vendor management, backhaul, or network deployment
- Experience operating across multiple vendors and markets
- Experience building or scaling operational functions preferred
- Experience in high-growth or infrastructure environments preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fiber construction and turnup processes
- Strong operational execution and attention to detail
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders
- Commercial awareness around vendor economics and contracts
- Structured thinker with ability to build processes from scratch
