Position Overview
Work as a member of the team supporting IT infrastructure maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct IT infrastructure‑related enhancements based on application team requirements or regulatory needs.
- Support ongoing maintenance and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure within a financial institution
- Proven ability to manage system development
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working closely with Japan and US business users
- Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industry projects (preferred)
- Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Business‑level proficiency in Japanese for professional communication, documentation, and meetings
Bachelor's degree or higher, OR equivalent practical experience
