Job Title:
Audit PM

Duration: 12-18 month contract

Location:
Charlotte NC but open to Plano TX

Required Pay Scale: $60-65/hour W2;
Not available C2C or 1099

• Provide strategic guidance on the issue management process to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
• Track issue statuses and provide executive-level commentary on an ongoing basis highlighting key risks, roadblocks, trends and areas for improvement
• Facilitate meetings and routines to drive issue resolution ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged on action plans
• Own and maintain relationships across DREAM, Global Technology, and Global Risk Management to ensure adherence to timelines and compliance with evidence requirements and firm-wide risk framework
• Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining the execution of issue management processes

• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including senior leadership and executives
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Strong presentation skills and experience with MS Office - particularly Power Point

• Working knowledge or experience with change management and vulnerability management
