Client Site Service Technician

Complete Network is looking for a Client Site Service Technician with an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science or IT and two to five years of experience.

This is a level 1-2 support desk position located full time at the clients site 9AM to 6PM Mon-Fri. Daily duties will include all of the following items;
Office 365 administration, AV support and maintenance of conference rooms, administration of their internal members site (user creations and removals etc), vendor management, attend monthly committee meetings, host monthly scheduled training sessions for 10-20 people on various IT topics ranging from email usage to Copilot basics, troubleshoot networking equipment, maintain and update documentation, regular communication and updates to maintain relationship with site point of contact and committee members.

The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. Day-to-day duties will include remote and on-site technical support for our customer. Candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
