Tech Resiliency Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Tech Resiliency Specialist to join their team. As a Tech Resiliency Specialist, you will be part of the Technology Resilience program supporting infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery capabilities.

+ Participate actively in technical discussions, understanding recovery challenges across multiple domains.

+ Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.

+ Assist in creating and analyzing recovery test reports and dashboards, including Snow BCM modules.

+ Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to enhance organizational resilience.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or related technical disciplines.

+ Proficiency in technical support involving servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.

+ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

+

Experience with Service Now BCM modules and creating dashboards is a plus.
