Performance Tester

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Performance Tester to join their team. As a Performance Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the application performance and stability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Conduct performance testing of Java-based applications and distributed systems to ensure optimal functionality.

+ Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using JMeter and Blaze Meter.

+ Automate regression testing with Selenium and other modern tools to improve testing efficiency.

+ Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning strategies.

+ Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to support monthly releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing of Java applications and distributed systems.

+ Extensive hands-on experience with JMeter and/or Blaze Meter for various testing types.

+ At least 5 years of experience with Selenium for automation and regression testing.

+ Strong understanding of application performance metrics, JVM, application server, database, and infrastructure performance analysis.

+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
