Evergreen Deployment Technician

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.00hr - $22.00hr Requirement/Must Have:

Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar). Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures. Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM. Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through Service Now.

Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in Service Now). Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Ability to travel to various buildings in an organization vehicle. Responsibilities:
Complete hardware refreshes for computers and peripherals for the duration of the project. Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures. Image computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM. Schedule computer replacements with end users through Service Now. Complete computer refreshes at end-user desks. Reclaim and transport old computers. Document inventory updates within HAM Pro in Service Now. Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs regularly.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Service Now & HAM Pro.

Experience with Apple iPhone deployment.
