Senior Service Now Developer

The candidate should be a hands-on developer who can build, configure, integrate, and support Service Now solutions. Service Now's own role guidance also describes platform technical roles as involving technical leadership, defect resolution, architecture/integration, and platform delivery.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of ITSM experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Service Now experience.

Technical

Skills:

• Service Now ITSM Suite
• Flow Designer
• Service Catalog
• CMDB
• Integration Hub
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Reporting & Dashboards
• JavaScript (preferred)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred

Certifications:

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now CAD
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
• ITIL Foundation / ITIL Intermediate
