Technology Resilience Specialist

Job Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Hybrid role - 3 days onsite/week

Job Overview: The Technology Resilience Analyst will support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to improve the organization's ability to respond to, recover from, and learn from technology disruptions.

This is a technical role requiring an individual who can actively participate in technical discussions, understand recovery challenges across multiple technology domains, and translate complex technical information into actionable insights for both engineering teams and senior management.

The ideal candidate has experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, application support, systems administration, production support, incident management, or a related technical discipline.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, digging into technical issues, and operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Someone who has worked with SNOW BCM Module, and creating SNOW dashboards would be a good fit.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will:

  • Understand technical conversations without requiring extensive translation from engineers.
  • Confidently participate in calls involving multiple technology support teams and quickly identify key issues, dependencies, and recovery blockers.
  • Produce high-quality recovery test reports and executive presentations.
  • Help drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises.
  • Build credibility with engineers, infrastructure teams, cloud teams, and application owners.
  • Operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to understand and participate in technical discussions involving:
    • Servers
    • Databases
    • Networking
    • Storage
    • Cloud platforms
    • Backup and recovery technologies
    • Enterprise applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
