Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant - Hybrid for a contract to hire position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant to support enterprise analytics, reporting, process intelligence, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) initiatives. This role plays a critical part in designing scalable data pipelines, developing executive dashboards, and implementing KPI frameworks. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Power BI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), data engineering, and business intelligence to transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions
• Build executive, operational, and strategic reporting that enables data-driven decision making
• Design, build, and optimize data ingestion pipelines into Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from various enterprise sources
• Partner with business teams to define, document, and operationalize KPI frameworks
• Develop and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) reporting for operational process management programs
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, statistical analysis, and operational assessments
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews

Requirements:

• 5 years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent
• 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions
• 3 years of experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business intelligence best practices
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Power BI, GCP, Big Query, SQL, and ETL/ELT

Desired skills:

• Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), AI Operations, Process Intelligence, or Automation programs
• Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks
• Proficiency with Python, APIs, and Git-based source control
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with process mining, observability, or workflow analytics platforms
• Financial services or highly regulated industry experience

Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
