Schedule: Hybrid | 4×10 schedule | 2 days onsite
Candidates must meet the DE 10 CFR Part 810 requirement
The Application Analyst I provides technical and functional support for business-critical applications supporting nuclear IT, engineering, training, and work management. This role focuses on application administration, production support, user access, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, deployments, and vendor coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day production support and troubleshoot application, access, data, and integration issues.
Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access requests.
Coordinate application changes, upgrades, testing, deployments, and post-release validation.
Work with infrastructure, database, security, endpoint, business, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
Support application migrations, server moves, database transitions, and modernization initiatives.
Maintain application configurations, support documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Coordinate vendor support, escalations, maintenance, licensing, and technical issues.
Communicate application status, risks, impacts, and resolutions to technical and business stakeholders.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to application reliability and support processes.
Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment.
Strong application administration, troubleshooting, user access, and change management experience.
Experience with application upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment coordination.
Strong SQL Server/database troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
.NET / ASP.NET
, including .NET Framework and modern .NET upgrades.Angular front-end applications and .NET backend APIs.
SQL Server
, including database refreshes, validation, troubleshooting, and ad hoc SQL.Windows servers, web services, application configuration, and environment management.
Production, QA, and Development environments.
APIs, database connections, service accounts, integrations, and application dependencies.
Application migrations, server moves, database transitions, and legacy modernization.
Configuration management for application settings, endpoints, email, and environment-specific parameters.
Experience supporting vendor-managed and on-premise applications.
Experience supporting nuclear, engineering, training, compliance, or other regulated environments
.IT service management experience, including incident, problem, request, and change processes.
Experience working with DBAs, infrastructure teams, business analysts, vendors, and application owners.
Experience supporting Windows client applications, proprietary databases, field-deployed devices, or specialized business applications.
