Support data transformation efforts by analyzing requirements, designing integrations, and partnering across product and technology teams.
Responsibilities- Partner with Citco platform owners to understand system data, architecture, and available capabilities
- Collaborate with business groups to identify tactical and strategic data needs
- Use system data to mock up point to point integration solutions
- Create and maintain a documentation repository for data integration projects
- Coordinate with technology groups for planning, implementation, and deployment
- Build data and analytics solutions for business teams using platforms available to the team
- Through business partnership, define, sponsor, and steer development initiatives
- Create and refine a backlog of user stories aligned to business objectives
- Influence and guide technology, project management, and operations teams during solution delivery
- Contribute to product vision and align the roadmap to strategic goals
- Maintain and develop expertise by staying current with market trends, direction, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality
- Work with the Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, C++, VBA, Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI
- Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills for translating business concepts to technology teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong visual communication skills using PowerPoint and Visio
- Atlassian products knowledge is a plus
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
- AWS familiarity is a plus
