Data Analyst, Data Transformation

Support data transformation efforts by analyzing requirements, designing integrations, and partnering across product and technology teams.

• Partner with Citco platform owners to understand system data, architecture, and available capabilities
• Collaborate with business groups to identify tactical and strategic data needs
• Use system data to mock up point to point integration solutions
• Create and maintain a documentation repository for data integration projects
• Coordinate with technology groups for planning, implementation, and deployment
• Build data and analytics solutions for business teams using platforms available to the team
• Through business partnership, define, sponsor, and steer development initiatives
• Create and refine a backlog of user stories aligned to business objectives
• Influence and guide technology, project management, and operations teams during solution delivery
• Contribute to product vision and align the roadmap to strategic goals
• Maintain and develop expertise by staying current with market trends, direction, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality
• Work with the Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, C++, VBA, Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills for translating business concepts to technology teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong visual communication skills using PowerPoint and Visio
• Atlassian products knowledge is a plus
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
• AWS familiarity is a plus
