Qualifications:
- Enterprise web application support in Nuclear IT environments.
- Proficiency with .NET / ASP.NET, including .NET Framework and modern .NET upgrades.
- Support for Angular front-end applications with .NET backend APIs.
- Strong SQL Server databases skills, including refreshes, validation, troubleshooting, and ad hoc SQL updates.
- Multi-environment support across Production, QA, and Development.
- Application migrations, server moves, database transitions, and sustainability upgrades.
- Support for applications on Windows servers, including files, web services, and configuration settings.
- Troubleshooting for APIs, web front ends, database connections, service accounts, dependencies, and browser compatibility.
- Legacy modernization, including .NET Framework upgrades, and dependency updates.
- Vendor and on-premise application support, including vendor coordination.
- Configuration management for app settings, endpoints, email, and environment-specific settings.
- Windows client applications, sync modules, proprietary databases, and field-deployed devices.
- Collaboration with DBAs, infrastructure teams, business analysts, vendors, and business owners.
- Maintenance of support documentation, code repositories, application locations, contacts, and procedures.
- Production incident troubleshooting, including data, access, application error, and post-upgrade defect resolution.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of application administration, user access management, incident resolution, and change management processes.
- Ability to coordinate across business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Experience participating in application upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on operational reliability and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting engineering, training, compliance, or regulated business functions.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices, including incident, request, problem, and change processes.
- Experience coordinating software deployments and working with infrastructure or endpoint support teams.
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear business impacts and actionable next steps.
- Experience supporting vendor-managed or third-party applications.
