Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users by installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, software, and network services. You will resolve user-reported technical issues and ensure smooth operation of desktop solutions. A key aspect of this position involves managing support queues, prioritizing issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and replace end-user computer hardware.
- Perform software installations, updates, and system imaging.
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests.
- Manage and document IT asset inventory.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
Skills:
- Hands-on desktop support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows
- Understanding of core networking concepts
- Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment is preferred.
