Job Location:
Charlotte, NC (3 Days onsite, 2 Days Remote) Hybrid role. Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Description:
Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, converting evolving reporting needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with regulatory and enterprise objectives. Focus on improving efficiency by identifying gaps, eliminating redundancies, and standardizing workflows across pipelines, enabling faster delivery and scalable, high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Proven stakeholder/project management across business and technology teams
- Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization
- Solid understanding of Agile / SDLC practices
- Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Domain experience in financial services or risk data
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to managed Agile delivery process (Jira, backlog, sprint planning)
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, or Agile
- Python, PL/SQL, JAVA, would be a plus
- Technical skills are desired
