Job Profile Summary

Designs, develops, and implements enterprise platform software services that enable scalable, secure, and policy-enforced production operations across the software delivery lifecycle. Builds and maintains control plane components, event-driven automation systems, and policy-as-code enforcement engines that integrate self-service developer experiences, governance gates, and observability capabilities into a unified platform. Implements resilient, highly available architectures with fault-tolerance patterns that ensure platform reliability at enterprise scale.

Applies modern software engineering practices including API-first design, micro services architecture, and CI/CD automation to deliver production-ready solutions aligned with organizational compliance, reliability, and operational excellence objectives.

Implements strategic goals established by Executives and Senior Management and establishes operational plans for technical area of responsibility with short- to mid-term (0-3 years) impact on results.

Designs, builds, directs, and implements enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.

Develops and applies advanced automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure.

Leads large, complex technical infrastructure initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-departmental teams.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and drive continuous improvement of infrastructure standards and processes.

Troubleshoots and resolves numerous, complex critical technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability.

Ensures compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence.

Documents and effectively communicates infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

Provides advanced technical guidance and training to infrastructure teams and lower-level technical professionals.

Demonstrates technical innovation in supporting business objectives and technical strategic objectives.

Influences infrastructure-related decisions and communicates effectively with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
