Work Schedule:

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Business Intelligence (BI) & Reporting Lead will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support our technology portfolio. This role is crucial for advancing our Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities in reporting, ensuring that our product and technology PMO needs are met with innovative solutions.

We are seeking a Workday Security Lead to serve as the subject matter expert for Workday security, with a primary focus on HCM and related business processes. This is an individual contributor role responsible for defining and advancing Workday security strategy, governance, and execution in close partnership with IT, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate can work effectively across organizations, translate business requirements into secure and scalable Workday solutions, and balance risk, compliance, and usability.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in highly regulated industries who understand both IT controls and business process requirements. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field(s) of study.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience designing, configuring, and implementing Workday Security solutions.
• Strong expertise in Workday security architecture, including domain security policies, role-based security, segmented security, and business process security.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes, data, and security impacts, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT controls, security frameworks, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead through expertise and influence in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Workday Pro Security certification.
