Dev Ops Engineer
Designs, builds, automates, and optimizes enterprise Dev Ops platforms and cloud infrastructure to enable scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery. Leverages expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, and scripting to improve developer productivity, deployment quality, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab to support application delivery across multiple environments.
- Automate software build, test, security scanning, deployment, and release processes to improve delivery speed, consistency, and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain reusable Git Lab CI/CD templates, shared libraries, and Dev Ops standards to enable consistency across engineering teams.
- Develop automation solutions using Shell scripting, Python, and other tooling to streamline infrastructure management, operational tasks, and deployment activities.
- Manage and support AWS cloud services, ensuring availability, security, scalability, and cost optimization of cloud resources.
- Implement Dev Sec Ops controls by integrating security scanning, vulnerability management, compliance checks, and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor pipeline performance, deployment metrics, and infrastructure health; identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex build, deployment, infrastructure, and automation issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with software engineering, platform engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to implement modern Dev Ops practices and improve software delivery capabilities.
- Support cloud migration, platform modernization, and automation initiatives while adhering to organizational governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Review infrastructure and pipeline architectures, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers on Dev Ops best practices and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead infrastructure and deployment automation projects and contribute to enterprise Dev Ops strategy and operational excellence initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical discipline. Experience with in the financial services, banking, or payments industry.
Industry Certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer Professional
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- AWS Sys Ops Administrator
- Experience implementing and managing enterprise-scale Git Lab CI/CD platforms and pipeline governance.
- Strong expertise in Terraform, Terraform Cloud/Enterprise, and Infrastructure as Code automation.
- Experience with AWS services including EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route
53, Lambda, Cloud Watch, VPC, Security Hub, and Cloud Trail. - Experience integrating Dev Sec Ops tools such as Sonar Qube, Checkmarx, Snyk, Prisma Cloud, Aqua, Trivy, or similar security platforms.
- Experience with automated testing, release orchestration, deployment strategies, and environment management.
- Strong understanding of container platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application architectures.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud Watch.
- Proven experience leading Dev Ops transformation initiatives, CI/CD modernization efforts, and cloud platform engineering projects.
- Experience supporting highly regulated environments with strong focus on security, compliance, audit readiness, and operational risk management.
