US - IT Architect; Mid

We are seeking an experienced data solutions architect to lead critical data migration and integration initiatives within our enterprise technology landscape. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to enable modern data warehouse capabilities and cloud-based analytics platforms. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in modernizing our data infrastructure by managing large-scale migrations from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms while ensuring data integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained. This position requires a professional who can navigate complex enterprise environments, collaborate across multiple teams, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies that support operational excellence and strategic business objectives.

• Manage and execute migration of data from SAP HANA to enterprise data warehouse and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions aligned with organizational business strategy and operational roadmaps
• Support product supply data needs across multiple enterprise systems and platforms
• Lead integration efforts for emerging technologies and cloud-based data solutions on behalf of supply planning operations
• Develop and communicate platform objectives and strategy while ensuring alignment with global technology roadmaps
• Serve as primary point of contact for development and support activities across multiple enterprise systems
• Design and architect data solutions within the enterprise IT landscape
• Perform data stewardship activities to assure proprietary data security and compliance
• Conduct data quality assessments and metadata management as part of data governance initiatives
• Develop enhancements and solutions using various programming languages and scripting technologies
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to analyze and document data requirements
• Handle all activities related to migrating on-premise systems to cloud infrastructure

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP HANA
• 3-5 years of experience with AWS or Google Big Query platforms
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing enterprise-level data solutions and system architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data stewardship or data governance roles
• Experience with crop optimization processes is highly desirable
• Experience with product pre-positioning processes is highly desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field
