As an Informatica Development Lead, you will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica technologies. You will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Informatica ETL/data integration solutions.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and application teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Drive technical decisions, code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to development standards.
• Analyze complex data integration challenges and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
• Support continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide production support guidance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure operational stability.
• Mentor and coach development teams, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

This is a hybrid role with required 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica Power Center/IICS Development and Administration
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Data Integration
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with ETL design
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with performance optimization and software engineering
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
